The Heroic Learning platform is a daily kid-driven, game-based, AI and tokenized life-skills learning (device & online Heroic education) that gets a kid's daily attention. It is unique, extremely effective and scalable. It engages with all kids - especially those that are underserved. It not only improves the behavior and skills of a child, but it also empowers that child to influence the adults around them to do the same.




The Investment Vehicle
Kids as the Source of Power


Here's what the investment vehicle looks like:
1. A tokenized company is created for each geographic area of around 10 million people - 35 companies in total.
2. There are 20 units created at $50k each to bring in $1 million in investment into that company.
3. The investors will get 40% of the voting tokens of the company for that $1 million.
4. The management will get the other 60% of the voting tokens.
5. As the kids learn in the game and get other rewards, they are earning non-voting tokens in the company. Over the next 5 years, the kids will earn 50-70% of the ownership of the company (non-voting tokens).
6. Anyone at any age can own a token, but in order to sell that token on an exchange you must be 18yrs or older, so the kids will have to wait to sell their tokens, but the investors and management can immediately sell their tokens if they choose.
7. The value of the token will be tied to traditional business valuation metrics - we will take the gross revenue and multiply by 3 and that will be the current value of the token.
8. This investment vehicle that is tied into the Heroic "learn to earn" model will lead the world as it moves to a tokenized and decentralized financial system .
A national investment vehicle:
There will be 35 Heroic companies created across the country each representing around 10 million people.
Each of those 35 companies will have 20 investors putting in around $50k each = $1 million.
So when all companies are funded, there will be a total of $35 million raised.
Each company's goal will be to get 150k students getting $50/month from the health or education budgets. This would generate about $90 million/yr and would support a token price of about $25 if the investor invested at $.50 (estimate only).
Attention + Ownership + Hope = SUCCESS:


HOPE
Hope drives the project - the kids, parents, grandparents, businesses, lenders, nonprofits and government need to believe that what they are putting their resources towards will produce an ROI on that investment. The population needs hope in order to put in the resources that will be required up front and have the patience to wait to see the results. Hope is a key ingredient for the project's success.
Families and communities will invest a lot if they have hope that the upcoming generation will be better off than they are. If you provide the hope in families and communities that their kids will be educated to lead the world AND that hope will be the driver for the population to develop the right educational and energy resources - then you have effectively tied the power to the education of the kids.




Winning in the "Attention Economy"
We are all about empowering kids to lead family behavior change through technology - but first we need to get their attention.
This only happens when you get and keep the attention of the kids, who then can influence their parents. This is the best way to get to kids AND adults.


The key to any success in behavior change is figuring out how to win in the “attention economy”. There are winners and losers in this economy, one of the leaders is a fellow called Mr Beast. He has excelled at becoming the Youtuber with the largest subscriber base in the world. He has figured out how to get and keep the attention of almost 500 million subscribers!
While we don’t want to replicate his style of video, we do have a model that uses the same attention grabbing science, but uses it to teach kids to become the smartest, healthiest, hardest-working and most character-driven kids on the planet.
Ownership
We have added an additional component to the Mr Beast principles of getting attention – ownership. We are creating a tokenized company in each geographic area of around 10 million people. This company will end up being majority owned by the kids who we’re teaching (non-voting tokens). All of our kids that play the game and learn the critical life-skills of success, get a minimum number of tokens in this tokenized company. Those that excel get even more tokens.
Not only does this model leverage the impact of ownership, but it also allows us to follow the Mr Beast model of offering “money” to those that win his competitions. While not on the same level as Mr Beast’s cash prizes, we are still able to benefit from the principle.
Every student who logs into the game on daily basis and learns the life-skills, will become an owner of the company. There will be about 35 tokenized companies – one for each area of about 8-12 million people. One of the prizes will be at the end of each year, the top student in each of those areas will get $100k in Heroyk tokens. These tokens are real money and represent ownership in the company and are sellable at any time on the token exchanges.
Also every week there will be other rewards and competitions.
It’s all about getting and keeping the attention of the family. This is the model that has propelled Mr Beast to the top of the charts, and one that we are using to change how kids and their families excel at academics, health, social and economics.
